Finally, i've finish my course! Have the performance video and photos which i cant post online. Those interested can contact me and i shall show you. It will always be a part of me, SPDS! Will be back to my platoon on Monday. I hear from people that some of my platoon men is feeling very "sian" that im coming back as im the only one that really enforce discipline, punctuality and a guy that super duper dislike "chao keng" people. Someone needs to be the bad guy, which i suppose is me as i feel my fellow sergeants are too nice/hack care/donno what to do with some of those problematic man.
Typical Problems1) Reporting sick on sunday so that monday don't need come camp with same old stupid reasons like flu, headache, diarrhoea.
2) Reporting sick on days when there is rehearsal for parade so that they will have status and unable to mount for parade.
3) Falling in late and walk inside the conference room like nothing happened when everybody is waiting for everyone to be there for the briefing/meeting to start.
4) Late/MIA for First and Last Roll Call.
5) Chao Keng
End of the day, man will always be man, it is for us to motivate them. But no matter what, i still love my platoon =)
