$$$ is very important in this world. you are judge by it and of cos you judge ppl on it. is $$$ more impt than health ? to share with u that in singapore, older generations choose to die than to fall ill. why? costly medical bills which low income ppl have problems paying, therefore health is greater than or equal to wealth.
could you rather have a rich bf/gf who can pamper you with gifts, take you out on expensive date to posh restaurant, drive you around in their car or bike, or a poor one who has no $$$ to pamper you with gifts, need to work and does not have any transport ? im sure most of us will choose the first one.
some ppl are born in a rich family and thus their child will be rich too. once you pass your license, yr family allow you to drive the car anywhere you wan, better still buy one for you. when you were young your family will drive you around, fetch you. those kids from poorer family just need to take the bus home, rain or shine. i used to admire those kids whom parents drive them to school. well, i never got that service b4 but that's life.
rich ppl will often say they are not rich, which i donno why, might be that they are humble or just that they doesnt wanna tell you how rich they are. nevertheless i come from a poor family. i admit sometimes i really do feel affected and feel inferior. but i've learn to cherish what is there for you. just think abt those less fortunate.
as they say, $$$ talk louder than words and who ever has the most $$$ talk louder. this society is liddat.
im sure alot of ppl will do anything for $$$. young kids working at a very young age. those acting in porn i think might be due to them needin the $$$? cos i guess no one will want this type of 'fame'. anyway i've decided to work part time next sem, no more bball and get a bike license. even if my parents don allow i'll still go ahead. i need the transport as im lazy to travel and my family is unable to support a car.
